Jarrow Formulas® RALA (R-Alpha Lipoic Acid) is a unique cofactor in energy production and helps regulate glucose and lipid metabolism. RALA promotes glutathione synthesis and induces Phase II detoxification. Biotin is a natural cofactor and complements RALA in promoting mitochondrial health.
Jarrow Formulas® offers fully Stabilized and water-soluble RALA (Bio-Enhanced® Na-Rala) which is R – (+) – Alpha Lipoic Acid (Rala) .
Jarrow's R-ALA is heat-resistant (even above 40°), storage-stable, and exhibits extremely high bioavailability.
Recommended intake: 1 capsule daily or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Note: If you have a medical condition (especially diabetes), are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, under 18 years of age, or are taking medication (especially for glucose control), consult your doctor before using this product.
Other ingredients: Cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). The capsule consists of gelatin.
