Until recently, it was believed that there was no nutritional ingredient or drug that could promote the production of new mitochondria during the aging process. However, the latest scientific data indicates that PQQ is a real alternative.

QH (ubiquinol) is absorbed significantly better than ubiquinone, meaning that optimal Co-Q10 levels can be restored quickly and effectively, especially in those over 40 or affected by certain age-related conditions. The body's ability to produce Co-Q10 declines with age, as does the ability to convert it to ubiquinol. Ubiquinol levels have been shown to be suppressed in older individuals and those with cardiovascular, neurological, liver and diabetes-related conditions.
