OMEGA 3-6-9 is a blend of mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids extracted from the most valuable natural sources. OMEGA 3-6-9 contains essential fatty acids (EFAs) from the omega-3 and omega-6 families, which the body cannot synthesize and must be supplied in the daily diet.
The recommended daily dose is 3 capsules.

Take one dose of the product - 3 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 1 dose daily, preferably during or immediately after a meal. It is recommended to take the product regularly for 6-8 weeks.
