Method of use:

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 28 g (1 scoop) in 400 ml of water in a shaker. Take 1 serving daily.

On training days:
1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving immediately after training.

On non-training days:
1 serving 30 minutes before the first meal or 1 serving 30 minutes before the main meal.
