Holland & Barrett Sea Kelp is a dietary supplement naturally containing the mineral iodine. Sea kelp is a type of algae, the original source of iodine, discovered in 1811 and widely used to treat goiter, a swelling of the thyroid gland associated with iodine deficiency. A natural source of 46 minerals, 16 amino acids and 11 vitamins, sea kelp is one of the richest natural sources of iodine, which is used by the body to synthesize thyroid hormones, which are involved in the regulation of metabolism. Iodine deficiency leads to problems with weight gain and an overall decrease in vitality. Instructions for use:
