Jarrow Formulas® Methyl-B12, Methylfolate plus Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) Tablets combine the active forms of these vitamins to support DNA, neurotransmitter synthesis, and amino acid metabolism. Methyl B-12 is the highest form of vitamin B12 that is absorbed and retained much better than other forms of B12 (e.g., cyanocobalamin). 5-MTHF as Quatrefolic® is the most biologically active form of folic acid. P-5-P combines the most bioavailable and biologically active forms of vitamin B6.

Methylcobalamin (Methyl B12) is an easily absorbed and easily digestible form of vitamin B12 that helps maintain brain health, vitality, restful sleep and good mood. It also plays a critical role in the detoxification of homocysteine ​​(linked to arterial damage and other health problems) and other oxidants associated with the aging process. Methyl B12 plays an important role in the balance of brain chemicals and promotes the synthesis of neurotransmitters to improve communication between nerve cells.
