The specific characteristics and properties of the key ingredients:

Horse chestnut

Horse chestnuts (Aesculus) are a genus of deciduous trees and shrubs native to the temperate Northern Hemisphere - North America and Eurasia. A deciduous tree grows to 25 m tall, and a shrub to 1.5–5 m. The flowers, fruits, and bark of the horse chestnut are toxic due to the content of tannins, esculin glycoside, and the saponin escin, but are used in folk medicine and pharmacology.

Esculin reduces capillary permeability, increases the antithrombotic activity of blood serum, increases the production of antithrombin, improves blood flow in the veins. Escin reduces blood viscosity. Therefore, chestnut preparations are used for the treatment of vascular diseases, rheumatic and arthritic pain.

Plantain

Plantain or plantain (Plantago) is a genus of annual or perennial plants of the Plantain family. A highly soothing and antiseptic plant. Applied leaves draw out inflamed and purulent wounds. Its leaves can be used for salad. It contains folic acid, necessary for the body.

Plantain has hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing properties. The herb is an astringent, antitoxic, antimicrobial, antihistamine, as well as a sedative, expectorant, hemostatic, and diuretic.

Ginkgo biloba

Ginkgo biloba is a deciduous tree, up to 25-30 meters tall. The seeds are part of traditional Chinese food, and extracts from the leaves are used in pharmacology.

Ginkgo biloba has the following beneficial properties: it normalizes metabolism in cells, improves cerebral blood circulation and the supply of vital organs with oxygen and glucose, has a regulatory effect on the vascular system, dilates small arteries, and also improves the tone of veins, thereby regulating effective blood supply. The herb also improves metabolism in organs and tissues, increases the use of oxygen and glucose, and also normalizes mediator processes in the central nervous system.

Japanese acacia

The Japanese acacia (Japanese sophora, Japanese pagoda tree, Sophora Japonica) is a deciduous tree native to Asia, specifically China and Korea. It grows to a height of 25-30 m.Because of its beautiful crown, it is cultivated in Japan and other countries. The plant is therapeutic, honey-bearing and a source of valuable wood. The main components of Japanese acacia are flavones, tetraglycosides, isoflavones, isoflavone tetraglycosides, triterpene glycosides, phospholipids, alkaloids, amino acids and polysaccharides, betulin, sophoradiol, flower oil and tannin.

The high content of rutin in the herb determines its properties to tone and strengthen capillaries. It makes them less fragile and permeable. The plant accelerates blood clotting. Japanese acacia is used for internal bleeding, poor peripheral circulation, internal parasites, etc.

Ingredients: Water, cetostearyl alcohol, horse chestnut extract /Aesculus hippocastanum/, Japanese acacia extract /Sophora Japonica L/, narrow-leaved plantain extract /Plantago lanceolata/, ginkgo biloba extract, carbomer, triethanolamine, menthol.
