Holland & Barrett Lutigold has a full 20mg of lutein per capsule, obtained from pure and natural sources. It contains natural carotenoids, such as zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin, which mutually support normal vision. Lutein is not produced in the body. As we age, reserves decrease and must be supplemented from external sources. Lutein exhibits powerful antioxidant properties and is metabolized mainly in the eyes. The retina of the eye synthesizes lutein, the main purpose of which is to protect it from blue light and free radicals.

Instructions for use:
One capsule per day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Lutein oil blend - 20mg
(contains lutein, meso-zeaxanthin, zeaxanthin)
