Dissolve a single serving of the product – 1 ml (30 drops) in 100 ml of water or juice. Take 3 servings daily.
On training days:
1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving immediately after training, 3rd serving before bedtime.
On non-training days:
1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before bedtime.
