What is folic acid?
Folic acid is part of the family of water-soluble B vitamins (vitamin B), also known as folacin.
Folic acid was first discovered in spinach in the 1940s. The body's own mechanisms do not allow it to store this acid for long periods of time; it must be replenished from the outside almost every day. This is why folic acid is considered the most common vitamin deficiency.
Vitamin B9 (folic acid) is necessary for most processes in the body; this substance is responsible for preserving DNA, cell growth, blood vessels, immunity, and also helps the heart function properly.
Maintaining folic acid in food during cooking is a rather non-trivial task. Folic acid is afraid of temperature conditions, does not tolerate prolonged storage at low temperatures. Therefore, it is always recommended to introduce lettuce, spinach, turnip greens, various legumes, peas, as well as fruits and vegetables into the diet.
You can always maintain your body with sufficient amounts of folic acid by consuming Grassberg Folic Acid.
Directions: Take 1 capsule daily with meals.
