Branched-chain amino acid (BCAA), designed to boost energy and recovery during and after training. Supplementing with BCAA should also be a regular part of your pre-workout routine.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are made up of three amino acids - leucine, valine and isoleucine. BCAAs play a huge role in building and strengthening muscles after a workout and also serve as a "signal" to your muscles that supplements are available to increase volume. Contractile (muscle) proteins are damaged during activity and muscle cells will use BCAAs to mitigate the deficiency of certain non-essential amino acids or to provide energy during significant stretches of overall training. BCAAs help with energy and even fat, but the main benefit of BCAAs is their ability to support muscle development. BCAAs are especially useful for weight maintenance while on a calorie deficit diet.

Citrulline Malate, is the amino acid Citrulline, linked to malic acid. In the body, much of Citrulline is converted to Arginine, which can then increase nitric oxide production. This helps increase blood flow to working muscles, which provides more nutrients and oxygen, thus increasing energy.

Glutamine - thanks to this key amino acid, we will improve recovery and muscle mass gain, as well as save ourselves from muscle pain.

Method of use:
Mix one scoop (7g) with 200-300ml of water or juice and blend using a blender or shaker.
Take before, during and after training.
