Vitabay® Glucosamine Sulfate contains 1500 mg glucosamine sulfate and is easy to dose. It does not contain gluten, fructose and lactose. The product is the optimal supplement for anyone who wants to include glucosamine in their diet. People taking anticoagulants should not take glucosamine!

Glucosamine is an amino sugar and an important precursor in the biochemical synthesis of glycosylated proteins and lipids. It is naturally present in the human body as synovial fluid, but due to age-related changes or excessive physical exertion, its production decreases. It is part of the structure of two polysaccharides, chitosan and chitin.

For the production of glucosamine-based dietary supplements, hydrolysis of the exoskeletons of mussels and other crustaceans, in which it is naturally contained, is used, or very rarely through fermentation of cereals.

Pharmacological effect:

Glucosamine prevents the processes of cartilage destruction. Stimulates the restoration of cartilage tissue, has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, normalizes the production of intra-articular fluid. Improves joint mobility.
