The premium FibreSense™ WomenSense® product contains partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG). This is an all-natural, water-soluble, non-digestible dietary fiber extracted from the seeds of the guar plant. Clinical studies have found that guar gum ferments more slowly in the intestinal tract than some other prebiotic fibers, thus not irritating the intestines and relieving discomfort in the digestive system. Guar gum is a great tool for reducing symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), constipation and diarrhea, normalizing cholesterol levels and reducing the risk of atherosclerosis.

FibreSense™ WomenSense® is an unflavored, FODMAP-free, easily soluble powder. FODMAPs are fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols that some people have difficulty digesting due to their inability to absorb them from the small intestine and their rapid fermentation. In people with digestive disorders and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), FODMAPs can cause constipation, diarrhea, excessive gas, bloating, and indigestion.

Method of administration:
For IBS, diarrhea: dissolve 1 measuring spoon (5 g) in 250 ml of water 1-2 times daily.

For constipation or glycemic index: 1-2 scoops (5-10 g) in 250 ml of water once daily.

For children over 8 years of age: For IBS, diarrhea: 1 measuring spoon (5 g) in 250 ml of water once a day.

For children 12-16 years of age: For constipation or glycemic index: 1 measuring spoon in 250 ml of water once a day.
