RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
ISOTONIC DRINK – 35 g (a measuring spoon with a light tip) in 500 ml of table water. Drink during training for up to 60 minutes.
HYPOTONIC DRINK – 35 g (a measuring spoon with a light tip) in 700 ml of table water. Drink before and during training over 60 minutes.
Do not use mineral water to prepare the drink.
