Spirulina is an important source of plant enzymes. It increases the production of red blood cells, especially when taken in combination with vitamin B12. Instructions for use:
Three tablets three times a day, half an hour before meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
