Magnesium is an essential component involved in over 300 metabolic processes in the body. It helps maintain normal muscle, nerve function, normal heart rhythm, and much more. However, not all forms of magnesium are well absorbed by the body.

Zechstein Magnesium Chloride:

The ancient dried-up Zechstein Sea is located in northwestern Europe, at an estimated depth of 1,600 meters and dates back to the Upper Permian period. It extended across what is now the North Sea, the English Lowlands, and the North European Plain through Germany and Poland.

Magnesium chloride from Zechstein is the only form of magnesium that is extracted from the depths of the ancient sea. This is a guarantee of high quality and an environmentally friendly product.

Application: Suitable for a foot bath or relaxation bath. Use warm water with a temperature of around 40°C and dissolve the flakes.

Method of use: Use about 100 g of magnesium flakes in 5 liters of water for a foot bath. 100 g corresponds to about 8 tablespoons. This gives a 1% solution. The optimal amount for a bath is between 500 g and 1000 g of magnesium flakes. The dosage is also possible according to individual needs and well-being. However, it is recommended not to use higher concentrations than a maximum of 5%.
