Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that can typically be found in liver, egg yolk, grains, legumes, and nuts.
Biotin is essential for skin health, hair growth, nail density and strength. It is an important factor in lipid metabolism and energy production (ATP) . Alcohol consumption reduces the status of Biotin in the body.
