The drink Dary Natury Detox is, slightly sweetened with honey, a combination of organic ingredients to cleanse the body of toxins and waste. It includes extracts of nettle, black elderberry, milk thistle, birch, beetroot, pine buds, marsh marigold, parsley and other medicinal plants to maintain proper body weight and boost immunity.

Nettle has anti-inflammatory properties, marshmallow supports skin health and has antiseptic properties, and birch leaves improve the functioning of the digestive system.

Content and effect of the main ingredients in the herbal drink Detox:

• Birch

Thanks to the resinous substances, flavonoids and potassium nitrate, the leaves and buds of birch have choleretic, diuretic, antioxidant and antiseptic effects. It helps against edema, rheumatism, gout, abdominal cramps, atherosclerosis. Birch has a diuretic effect and helps to remove excess water from the body.

• Marsh lark
