How to use: For external use. Ideal for preparing compresses, poultices, patches, etc.

Place the required amount of clay in a glass, ceramic or porcelain container (it is not recommended to use metal or plastic containers). Add mineral water and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The applied layer on the skin should not be more than 2 cm.

Apply the mixture directly to the skin, avoiding areas with heavy hair or burns. If you are using the mixture to apply to the abdomen, chest or back, be sure to do so on an empty stomach. During the procedure, your body should be completely at rest, preferably in a horizontal position and at a moderate temperature.
