Spring dandelion and raspberry honey, 400 g
Dary Natury's raspberry spring honey is highly rated by gourmets and connoisseurs. It is characterized by a light golden color, which becomes even brighter after crystallization. The aroma resembles that of raspberry flowers and dandelion, with a slight lemon note. The taste is mild, without bitterness. Over time, raspberry honey begins to crystallize and acquires a firmer fine-grained texture and creamy hue, without losing its taste and beneficial properties. This variety of honey is attributed with the ability to relieve nervous tension and fatigue, as well as restore tone during prolonged physical exertion. Traditional medicine recommends using it with tea or milk to relieve respiratory problems. The product is effective for colds, flu, tonsillitis and runny nose. Raspberry honey has the property of strengthening the immune system of the human body. The numerous beneficial properties of this spring honey allow it to be widely used for cosmetic purposes. It is added to the composition of creams, ointments, masks, scrubs and body lotions.
What is the composition of spring raspberry honey?
There are two types of natural sugars in this honey: glucose and levulose, which explains its high energy and nutritional value. Raspberry nectar contains an optimal amount of easily digestible carbohydrates, enzymes, mineral and vitamin components, fruit acids, phytohormones and essential oils. The complex of trace elements allows the body to compensate for the deficiency of calcium, silver, silicon and other elements. In addition to raspberry blossoms, bees have collected nectar for Dary Natury's spring honey from dandelions. Dandelion contains a large amount of vitamins A, C, E, as well as B vitamins, which are invariably added to the beneficial ingredients of honey. The product is easily absorbed by the body and has a number of useful healing properties.
Health effects of spring raspberry honey:
• A prophylactic for weak immunity and a tendency to frequent colds. The immunostimulating effect is due to the high content of vitamins B, C and A in this bee product;
• It is effective in treating colds and viral infections with runny nose and sore throat. It can be used for inhalation and as a syrup (in combination with horseradish);
• Relieves tonsillitis, inflammation of the larynx and pharynx. In this case, honey is dissolved in warm milk or added to slightly cooled herbal decoctions specifically designed for the treatment of nasopharyngeal infections.
• Raspberry honey has a sedative (calming) effect, so a glass of warm milk with a spoonful of honey relieves stress, depression, neurotic reactions and difficulty falling asleep;
• Recommended for the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract;
• Promotes good condition of mucous membranes. It is used externally for stomatitis and gynecological problems, dissolved in chamomile decoction;
