Bearberry (Uva Ursi) Holland & Barrett:
✔effective remedy against kidney, bladder or urethra infections;
✔soothes the bladder lining and reduces inflammation;
✔helps stop the spread of bacteria in the urinary tract;
✔reduces symptoms such as burning, discomfort and frequent urination;
✔has a mild diuretic effect and enhances detoxification through the kidneys;
✔for the prevention of frequently recurring cystitis and pyelonephritis.

Bearberry is most often used for chronic cystitis. The herb helps expel sand from the urinary tract and helps reduce pain. The main ingredient - hydroquinones, fights bacteria and helps stop inflammatory processes. This is the reason why bearberry is used to strengthen immunity. It is also suitable for prostate problems, vaginal discharge and gout.

Instructions for use:
One capsule 3-6 times daily, preferably with food. Can also be taken as a tea, prepared by dissolving the contents of the capsule in a glass of hot water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

One capsule contains:
Bearberry leaf extract (Uva Ursi) – 500mg

Does not contain:
 artificial preservatives, colors, flavors and sweeteners, no sugar, no salt, no yeast, no animal products.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
