Dissolve a single serving of the product – 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 250 ml of water in a shaker. Take 2 servings daily.

On training days:
1st serving 30 minutes before training, 2nd serving immediately after training.

On non-training days:
1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals.
