Extrifit 's ISO 90 has been the best-selling 90% protein on the Czech market for a long time. After we improved it, its basis is still the best source of protein 90% whey CFM isolate without sugar and fat. This is an easy-to-mix protein isolate obtained from whey, through the most advanced and best production process - CFM microfiltration (cross-flow microfiltration) with the preservation of all highly valued primary microfractions, BCAA and glutamine content. This method is performed cold on ceramic filters and is therefore the best for the production of whey protein. In addition, a complex of 7 digestive enzymes (papain, alpha-amylase, bromelain, lactase, cellulase, neutral protease, lipase) and a sweetener from the Stevia plant have been added to it.

→ The advantage of Iso 90 is (apart from containing a high-quality protein source and excellent taste) low fat and carbohydrate content, especially for people trying to reduce body fat. Taking this high-quality protein can increase muscle mass growth and prevent the danger of muscle catabolism.

Recommended use and preparation method:

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
