Ecdysone is a new super supplement containing L-Leucine, plant substances and above all beta ecdysterone and turkesteron. Research, sports practice, as well as folk wisdom passed down through generations (from spinach you become big and strong - the stories about Popeye) turn Ecdysone into a UNIQUE nutritional formula for developing strength and muscles. Ecdysone can help to better absorb the ingested food protein as your own body protein, or its conversion into muscle mass. Beta ecdysterone was used to increase performance in the 1980s by Russian elite soldiers and athletes under the name Mesobolin as a natural ergogenic with no side effects and NOT falling under the doping category.

Meanwhile, the highly anabolic efficacy of beta ecdysterone has been proven in a number of studies on mammals and also in human medicine and is even compared to the synthetic anabolicum methandrostenolone (Dianabol).[/]b In the USA, beta ecdysterone, together with creatine and protein concentrates, is already one of the most sought-after supplements and is even partly placed before creatine. Despite its high anabolic efficacy, beta ecdysterone is as harmful or dangerous as, for example, spinach. Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
