OstroVit Micellar Casein is a high-quality product that provides the popular and effective protein form – micellar casein. This form, also known as milk protein concentrate, is enriched with whey protein, with its ratio being 80:20 – identical to that in skim milk.

The product releases amino acids slowly and steadily, making it ideal for long-term muscle nutrition. Among the main amino acids are BCAA (leucine, isoleucine and valine), glutamine and arginine. They enter the bloodstream gradually, ensuring a stable supply to the muscles for at least 7 hours after intake. This supports muscle growth, increases strength, power and stimulates the building of lean muscle mass.

OstroVit Micellar Casein is specially formulated to build lean muscle, making it ideal for nighttime use. While the body is at rest, this protein provides an anti-catabolic effect, protecting muscle fibers from breakdown during intense workouts. Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
