Our Vegan Omega 3 Softgels are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegans. Omega 3 is a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid, such as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). These Omega 3s usually come from fish, but our softgels are made from a seaweed source rich in EPA and DHA, making the supplement completely suitable for vegans.

Our softgels are solvent-free and derived from a sustainable plant source, meaning there is no negative impact on marine ecosystems and fish stocks. Our vegan Omega 3 softgels contain 600 mg DHA and 300 mg EPA per daily serving. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (claims substantiated by EFSA - the European Food Safety Authority).

Μόλις έλαβα το προϊόν. Γράφει: να μην ξεπερνας την ημερήσια δόση (!!!)
Έψαξα παντού τη δόση, ακομη και στο σαιτ σας. Αλλά ΔΕΝ γράφει πουθενά !!
Ποια είναι ημερήσια δόση; 1 κάψουλα;; 4 κάψουλες;;;
