Quercetin is a bioflavonoid that has attracted intense scientific interest for its unique anti-aging and immune-stimulating effects. Several recent studies have shown that organisms exposed to high levels of quercetin live longer and in better health. Various laboratory models of aging, including on cultured human cells, have shown that quercetin promotes increased lifespan! In addition, Quercetin has been found to support cellular health and function, block the production and release of pro-inflammatory substances, alleviate allergic reactions, enhance immunity, and offer cardiovascular protection by reducing the oxidation of LDL cholesterol.

Bioavailability: The benefits of quercetin in humans may depend on its bioavailability. Scientific evidence suggests that the aglycone may be more bioavailable than the sugar-conjugates, as the aglycone is more lipophilic and should more readily pass into the intestinal enterocytes. This is one reason why quercetin in oil is more bioavailable than in water. Jarrow Formulas Quercetin 500 contains quercetin (aglycone)

Recommended intake: 1 capsule per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Note: If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, under the age of 18, or are taking medication, consult your doctor before using this product.

Other ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. The capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Does not contain: Wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, fish/shellfish, peanuts or tree nuts.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
