Acidophilus is known as a powerful probiotic and is part of a group of beneficial intestinal bacteria called lactobacilli. All of them are essential and vital for the proper functioning of gastrointestinal peristalsis.

Acidophilus plays an important role in the production of substances and enzymes , as well as in their proper absorption. Lactobacilli protect our body from harmful microorganisms and bacteria. Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
