Inositol or vitamin B8 has a positive effect on people with diabetes and prediabetes. It helps relieve the symptoms of diabetic neuropathy. Diabetic neuropathy is damage to nerves throughout the body under the influence of high blood sugar.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
