MP SPORT/ Set of training bands with textile coating / 3 parts is a combination of several training bands with different resistance, which are extremely suitable for leg exercises, especially for women.
Their wide application will be perfect during exercises at home and in the gym. You can use resistance bands as a substitute for weights.
Because of the resistance they provide, the muscles are forced to work harder, which allows you to achieve better, faster, and more visible results.
The set comes with light, medium and heavy elastic bands, making them suitable for everyone, regardless of their progress. A mesh bag is also included for storing the bands.
Color fastness:
Light elastic band - purple - 15-20 kg resistance;
Medium elastic band - pink - 20-25 kg resistance;
Strong elastic band - green - 25-30 kg resistance;
