Holland & Barrett ABC-Z 50+ is a formula created specifically for people over 50, tailored to the needs of the body at this age. It contains 21 essential vitamins and minerals, with added lycopene and ginkgo biloba extract.

Vitamins A, E and D are fat-soluble and have pronounced properties to protect cell walls from damage. They stimulate cell regeneration and renewal.
