Holland & Barrett Menopause Complex is a versatile product that helps to cope with the effects of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. Contains 21 vitamins, including vitamin B6 Formulated with 4 botanicals. Most women going through menopause may experience a wide range of different symptoms, such as hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, difficulty sleeping, low mood or anxiety, decreased sex drive (libido), memory and concentration problems.

Vitamin B6 is involved in the regulation of hormonal activity and the normal function of the nervous system. Magnesium, pantothenic acid (B5) and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Biotin, magnesium, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and vitamin C contribute to proper psychological function. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of elastic hair and skin. Magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin K and zinc support bone health. Vitamin C is essential for collagen synthesis, for flexible bones, cartilage and skin. Copper, selenium, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the good function of the immune system.
Instructions for use:
 Take 1 multinutrient tablet and 1 herbal extract tablet daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
