Raspberry Ketones Energy Formula Holland & Barrett:

Raspberry ketones have been used since the 1960s. After many studies that proved their safe weight loss effect, they became a favorite and much sought-after method for weight control. Ketones increase the levels of adiponectin, whose main function is to increase the ability of muscles to use carbohydrates as energy sources. This hormone also has a significant impact on the acceleration of metabolism and the speed at which the body breaks down fat. It has been found that raspberry ketones also increase the level of noradrenaline (the hormone that increases the speed of metabolism and fat burning). In order to provide ourselves with the necessary amount of raspberry ketones from fresh raspberries, we would have to eat 40 kg of fruit per day, which is practically impossible, and that is too much sugar and calories. Only about 4 mg of raspberry ketones are obtained from 1 kg of raspberries.

Instructions for use:
 Two capsules per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Each capsule contains:
Vitamin B2 - 0.8mg
Niacin - 12mg
Pantothenic acid - 3mg
Choline - 82.5mg
Raspberry fruit extract - 200mg (5:1 extract equivalent to 1000mg)
Delivers - Raspberry Ketones - 20 mg

No artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, no preservatives, no added sugar or salt, no yeast, no additives of pork origin.
