Slippery Elm Bark Holland & Barrett:
 ✔suitable for stomach ulcers;
✔improves digestion and the condition of the stomach lining;
✔for heartburn and stomach acid;
✔helps with constipation and hemorrhoids, as well as inflammatory bowel diseases;
✔suitable for inflammation of the upper respiratory tract (asthma and bronchitis);
✔soothes a sore throat (can be drunk dissolved in water as tea);
✔for psoriasis and other skin problems.

Holland & Barrett Slippery Elm Bark Capsules deliver a high-quality concentrated extract from the bark of the plant, which has been used in North America since ancient times and naturally contains mucilage, a substance that turns into a gel when mixed with water. Slippery elm bark is extremely beneficial for stomach ulcers, covering the injured mucosa and stimulating its healing. For centuries, slippery elm has been used as a remedy for bronchitis, colds and inflammation of the upper respiratory tract (in the form of a decoction or lozenges), herpes, boils, etc. It has a soothing effect and is rich in mucilage, thanks to which it reduces inflammation and reduces sensitivity to acids.

Instructions for use:
 One capsule per day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a healthy diet.

Each capsule contains:
 Slippery elm extract (Ulimus rubra) (bark) - 37mg
(10:1 extract, equivalent to 370mg slippery elm)

Free from the following allergens:
 No artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, no preservatives, no added sugar or salt, no yeast, no additives of pork origin.
