Apple Cider Vinegar Complex Holland&Barrett:

Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits. It can help with diabetes, digestive and cardiovascular problems, helps reduce body mucus and clear sinuses. It improves insulin sensitivity, as well as lowers blood sugar levels, and helps with weight loss. It is suitable for gout by dissolving uric acid crystals and helping them be excreted from the body. Apple cider vinegar protects the intestines from infections, destroys putrefactive bacteria, promotes the development of healthy intestinal flora, and supports the function of the liver to neutralize toxic substances.

Instructions for use:
 1 (one) tablet twice a day, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Each tablet contains:
 Vitamin E - 30mg
Thiamin (vitamin B1) - 4.2 mg
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) - 4.8 mg
Vitamin B6 - 7.32mg
Chromium - 200mcg
Apple cider vinegar - 1000mg
Apple pectin - 300mg

Free from the following allergens:
No artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, no preservatives, no added sugar, no added salt, no starch, no yeast, no additives of pork origin.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
