Fa BCAA 4:1:1 1100 is a dietary supplement that contains BCAA ( branched chain amino acids ), which are: Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.

They are extremely important for our body because the body is not able to synthesize them on its own, so we need to obtain them through food or in supplement form.

Usually, obtaining them through food alone is almost impossible, especially for highly active people!

These three amino acids make up 40% of lean muscle mass, which is why they are so important for muscle development and progress.

Fa BCAA 4:1:1 1100 will improve your recovery, muscle mass preservation and building new muscle mass.


The benefits of Fa BCAA 4:1:1 1100 are:

The 4:1:1 ratio in BCAA 1000 has been proven to be the best for achieving a positive nitrogen balance in the body, which is a prerequisite for muscle-building processes.

L-leucine, of all three amino acids in BCAA, helps stimulate protein synthesis. L-valine and L-isoleucine help maintain a positive nitrogen balance in muscles and ensure quality repair of damaged muscle tissue.

Recommended dosage: Determined by the weight of the exerciser. If the weight is 90 kilograms, take 6 tablets per day. If the weight is between 90 and 120 kilograms, take 8 tablets per day, and if you weigh over 120 kilograms, increase the dosage to 10 tablets per day. For maximum results, divide the dosage into two parts. Take the first half 45 to 60 minutes before training, and take the second dose immediately after training.
