Gentle Iron Formula (Iron Bisglycinate) Natures Aid:

✔suitable for vegetarians and vegans;

Natures Aid Iron Bisglycinate provides the iron we need in a gentle on the stomach, chelated form (bisglycinate), with high absorption and at the same time easy to process by the liver. Iron is an essential mineral, important for the proper functioning of the body. It participates in the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. It improves the transport of oxygen to all tissues and organs. It reduces fatigue and can improve the body's response to stress. It increases energy by taking part in its production. Sufficient amounts of it improve the condition of the skin, tendons, muscle ligaments and bones, as it is involved in the production of collagen. Iron ensures the proper functioning of the brain and immune system. Natures Aid's Iron Bisglycinate formula also provides several other ingredients that work synergistically for better absorption of iron.
Vitamin B12 and folic acid , which contribute to normal energy metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and the reduction of fatigue.
Vitamin C , which contributes to better absorption of iron. It is also necessary for the functioning of red blood cells.

Instructions for use:
Take 1 tablet daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a healthy diet.

Each tablet contains:
 Vitamin C - 80mg
Folic acid - 100mcg
Vitamin B12 - 100mcg
Iron - 14mg

Does not contain:
artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, preservatives, added sugar, added salt, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, additives of animal origin.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
