Product description

Re-Core® Concentrated is an extremely powerful formula specifically designed to improve physical endurance and effective recovery after intense workouts. With its unique 8:1:1 ratio of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), it provides optimal conditions for muscle growth and rapid muscle tissue recovery.

The formula is enriched with leucine, tryptophan peptides (Pep-Form®), glutamine, isoleucine and valine, making it extremely effective for athletes and active people. Studies show that BCAAs help reduce muscle soreness and fatigue after exercise, and the additional vitamins and minerals in the composition improve overall health.

Scientific claims

Research suggests that BCAA supplementation can reduce muscle catabolism and increase protein synthesis, which is essential for optimal recovery and muscle growth. Leucine has been shown to play a key role in activating the target of rapamycin (mTOR), one of the main mechanisms for protein synthesis in muscle.
