Primrose Oil is a supplement that contains about 9-10% gamma-linolenic acid. It is considered an essential fatty acid, meaning that the body cannot synthesize it on its own and must be obtained through food.

Gamma-linolenic acid helps with normal brain function, growth and development, bone health, regulates metabolism, has a beneficial effect on arteries, and helps with heart disease, premenstrual pain, multiple sclerosis, and high blood pressure.

Primrose Oil has a soothing effect on pain, reduces inflammation, improves the secretion of sex hormones such as estrogen and testosterone, lowers cholesterol levels and helps with cirrhosis of the liver. Primrose Oil has been used in medicine for centuries. NOW Foods uses a special technology to encapsulate it in dragees, which are hermetically sealed, thus protecting the oil from oxidation and decomposition.

Directions for use: One dose 1-3 times daily.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
