Fiber (Psyllium Husk) is the indigestible part of the food, particularly fruits, vegetables, and plant products, that we consume every day. Fiber (Psyllium Husk) carries food through the digestive tract to absorb water and facilitate bowel movements.

There are two types of Fiber (Psyllium Husk), water-soluble and water-insoluble. Fiber (Psyllium Husk) helps stabilize blood sugar by acting on the pancreas to secrete more insulin, as well as for the controlled breakdown of glycogen in the liver. Fiber (Psyllium Husk) suppresses cholesterol synthesis in the liver and reduces blood levels of bad LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, thus reducing the risk of developing atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. Fiber (Psyllium Husk) is also important for the production of protective immune cells, antibodies, leukocytes and cytokines.

Regular intake of adequate amounts of Fiber (Psyllium Husk) reduces the risk of constipation, cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, hemorrhoids and disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. Psyllium Husks are the seed pods of the plant “Plantago Psyllium”, which grows in the Middle East. Fiber (Psyllium Husk) is an ideal choice for people who want to increase their fiber intake. Psyllium Husks act as a mild laxative and help reduce body weight.

Directions for use: 3 capsules 2 times a day.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
