What is Milk Thistle?

This is an herb that you can't help but have seen, even if you live in a big city and never walk. It grows everywhere, it is also found along the roads, it is treated like a weed. Due to its wide distribution and easy accessibility, its beneficial properties for human health became known very early. The active substance to which they are due is called silymarin and in fact it is a whole complex of bioflavonoids.

Artichoke leaves
In addition to helping maintain bile juice, studies suggest that artichoke leaves provide protection against the destructive effect of free radicals on the liver and may support the proper regeneration of liver cells.

Dandelion root
Dandelion root is said to help maintain liver function primarily by activating bile (which can prevent the buildup of certain toxins in the liver).

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
