Jarrow Formulas® IP6 contains 500 mg of ultra-purified inositol hexaphosphate (IP6), which is produced from rice bran and extracted in Japan. IP6 is a phosphorylated form of inositol that is often found in fiber-rich plant foods.

IP6 supports immunity and cardiovascular health by increasing and stimulating natural killer cells (NK cells) and chelating reactive iron, which provides effective protection against corrosive hydroxyl free radicals.

Recommended intake: 1 capsule up to 3 times daily on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. DO NOT take at the same time of day as minerals or medications.

Note: If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, are under 18 years of age, or are taking medication, consult your doctor before using this product.

Other ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. The capsule consists of gelatin.
