What exactly is clove oil?
Clove oil is an essential oil that is obtained from clove trees. The clove tree, known as Syzygium aromaticum, is native to Southeast Asia, although you can find it growing in other places today. Clove oil is produced by distilling the dried flower buds collected from the clove tree. Other parts of the tree, such as the stem and leaves, can also be used. Clove oil, which ranges in color from colorless to light yellow and has a strong, spicy aroma, has been used for centuries in a variety of applications.

Uses and benefits of clove oil.
→ In spray
Using the oil as a spray is an easy way to add the spicy scent of cloves to a room. Or perhaps you would like to take advantage of the antimicrobial properties of clove oil and use it as a mild disinfectant.
→ Diffusion
Similar to spraying, using a diffuser can help spread the scent of clove throughout the room. When diffusing clove oil, be sure to carefully follow the instructions that came with your diffuser.

When spraying or diffusing clove oil, make sure the room is well ventilated.

Method of use:
For aromatherapy. Before use, carefully dilute with oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond.

After using essential oils, immediately close the caps tightly to prevent oxidation. For best results, please store high-quality essential oils at room temperature and in the original bottle. You should avoid storing oils near any type of heat, including cabinets over stoves, areas in direct sunlight, and areas with excessive humidity such as bathrooms.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
