EKO nasiona na kiełki Soja represents seeds from soybeans, a product of organic farming, for obtaining sprouts at home. Soybean sprouts contain concentrated amounts of vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes and many other valuable substances. Sprouts are rich in vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, A, PP, iron, calcium and magnesium. They are an antioxidant, give energy and appetite. They have a calming effect on the nervous system. At home, sprouts are grown in the following way: Wash the soybeans and arrange the seeds in a row in a plastic container with a wide bottom, so that they fill evenly. Pour room temperature water and close the container loosely - the seeds should breathe. After 12 hours, drain the water, rinse the soybeans, dry them slightly, spread them on damp gauze folded in several layers, and leave for another 12 hours, when the first sprouts should appear.

Sprinkle seeds in a single layer on the gauze and pour water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. Add water so that the gauze is always wet. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the plant species, sprouts appear after 2-4 days. For coarse seeds, such as peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc., or seeds with shells, such as pumpkin, sunflower, sprouts are cut before consumption, and fine seeds are used whole.
