Each tablet contains 1100 milligrams of l-isoleucine, l-valine and l-leucine.

Branched-chain amino acids are exogenous substances, meaning they are not synthesized in the body and must be supplied through food. They make up 35-40% of muscle protein and are of particular importance as they provide energy and, at the same time, protect muscles from breakdown.

They are known to accelerate the burning of subcutaneous fat and participate in the metabolism of carbohydrates, redirecting them into the burning process, i.e. they are not stored in fat depots.
