Tyrosine is a powerful amino acid with multiple benefits. It is an important precursor to thyroid and adrenal hormones and neurotransmitters in the brain, such as dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine.

Recommended intake: 1 capsule, 1 or 2 times daily on an empty stomach, immediately after waking up, preferably with juice as a carbohydrate source, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
