Hawthorn

Even in ancient China, healers used the fruits of hawthorn ( Crataegus monogyna ) to treat high blood pressure. The mechanism of action has been explained by modern science - they contain phytochemicals with vasodilator properties, which help relax blood vessels. The flavonoids and pectin in hawthorn help lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, high levels of which are associated with the risk of atherosclerosis.

Shipka

The fruits of this well-known fruit throughout Europe are among the leaders in terms of vitamin C content - one of the most powerful antioxidants provided by nature. Thanks to this, rose hips ( Rosa canina ) significantly limit the risk of oxidative damage to the cells of the heart and blood vessels. The active substances in their composition help maintain cholesterol and triglycerides within healthy limits and help regulate blood pressure.

Grapes

Grape juice is a very good source of the mineral potassium, which plays an important role in the functioning of the heart muscle. Recommended daily dose of the product: For adults over 18 years of age: 25 ml 2 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
