Lactobacillus cultures acidophilus , Lactobacillus rhamnosus , Bifidobacterium longum , Bifidobacterium breve , Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus lactis are combined in this dietary supplement for optimal results. The product is fortified with maltodextrin for greater bioactivity.

Description and action:

Probiotics are a combination of live beneficial bacteria and/or yeasts that live naturally in our bodies, mainly in the gastrointestinal tract, helping to keep our bodies healthy and functioning well. These beneficial bacteria help us in many ways, including fighting off bad bacteria when there are too many of them in our bodies. However, in order for a bacteria to be called a probiotic, it must have certain abilities, such as being isolated by human intervention; being able to survive in the intestines after ingestion; and having a proven benefit to our health, namely maintaining a healthy balance in our bodies, supporting immune function, and controlling inflammatory processes.

Although there are many bacteria that can be considered probiotics, there are two specific types of bacteria that are common probiotics and have extremely beneficial effects on the body:

• Lactobacillus (Lactobacillus) ;



• Bifidobacterium (Bifidobacterium) .
