Pomegranate (Punica granata)

The pomegranate is a species of deciduous, drought-loving tree or shrub of the genus Punica, native to Iran and central Asia, to the Himalayas. It was later introduced to Armenia, the Mediterranean regions, Asia, Africa, and the United States.

Pomegranate is called a "medicine" or "antibiotic" because it has natural antioxidant properties and strengthens the immune system. It also benefits the cardiovascular system and blood vessels, helps lower cholesterol levels and balances blood sugar.

Vitamin C ( L-ascorbic acid )

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that boosts the immune response and acts as a preventive and complementary care for flu and colds and chronic diseases. It helps in better absorption of iron, improves the functioning of the circulatory system and energy metabolism. It maintains the health of the skin and soft tissues in the oral cavity.

A cerola (Malpighia glabra L.)
