Branched chain amino acids (BCAA) in tablet form. Each tablet contains 1100 mg of l-isoleucine, l-valine and l-leucine.

Branched-chain amino acids are exogenous substances, meaning they are not synthesized in the body and must be supplied through food. They make up 35-40% of muscle protein and are of particular importance as they provide energy and, at the same time, protect muscles from breakdown.

They are known to accelerate the burning of subcutaneous fat and participate in the metabolism of carbohydrates, redirecting them into the burning process, i.e. they are not stored in fat depots. They are of greatest benefit during and after intense physical exertion and during dieting, as they then preserve amino acids and glycogen in the muscles and improve nitrogen balance in the body.
